Case Study: NameHero Leans On Liquid Web and InterWorx for Affordable, Reliable Hosting and Reselling

January 6, 2020 Todd Terwillegar

NameHero launched in 2014 to provide high-speed, reliable, and scalable WordPress hosting to SMBs as well as turnkey solutions for WordPress agencies and resellers.

Ryan Gray, the founder of NameHero, immediately chose Liquid Web due to success he had experienced with other hosting projects he had with Liquid Web previously.

When cPanel threw a pricing wrench into the mix late in 2019, Gray knew he needed to search for an alternative control panel that had similar features but featured a per-server pricing model. When he found out Liquid Web offered InterWorx, he had immediate confidence in the solution.

After a small test run with a pilot group of customers that came back with excellent feedback, he migrated all of his customers over to InterWorx and never looked back.
