What is a Backup?
A backup is a duplicate record of computer or server information. Backups are stored locally or at an off-site location. 3 Types of Backups 1. Full Backup: Takes a complete backup of all files, directories, and settings on a computer. 2. Differential Backups: Backs up files created or changed since the last full backup. 3. Incremental Backups: Backs up only files that have changed since the last backup operation. Backup Storage Options Local Backups: Storage on the server itself. Offsite Backups: Stored in a different geographical location. Keep your data safe by backing it up. Implement daily, weekly, and monthly backups.
